This set includes one neck pillow and one eye pillow.
Flaxseeds are more gentle than the other grains, and the oils in them help to keep the heat longer.

Overheating may cause fire! Please follow instructions!

Heat times:
Neck pillow: Heat for 30 seconds to a minute, and then increment as needed with 15 seconds intervals. Do not microwave for more than 1 minute and 15 seconds.
Eye pillow: Microwave for 20 seconds

Check the temperature prior to using the pads.

To use cold just place the pad in a bag and freeze it for a few hours.

Note: herbal scents will decrease over time, but the effectiveness of hot or cold therapy will remain.
